We created this site as a way for friends and family to share our adventures.
Armchair sailors are always welcome. We will do our best to keep it
up-to-date.

We bought
Sailsoon in July of 2000 and have been working on her ever
since. She is our first 'big boat' and has come with a steep learning curve.
We have renewed or replaced nearly every system on her. (
Refit).

Our goal is to be 'sailing travelers' for 2 to 3 years. Traveling the coasts of
Mexico, Central and South America as far south as Ecuador. If it is still fun
and the cruising kitty is good there is a possibility of making the puddle jump
to the South Pacific from the Galapagaos Islands. And then...???.

Our plans, like many cruisers, are written in the sand at low tide...

Lovely Chacala Bay. Just north enough of
Puerto Vallarta to be charming and
undeveloped.
Sailsoon is on the hard (parked out of the water) in
San Carlos, Mexico. We are back at home working to
fill our cruising kitty. We will be back...
